Returns + Exchanges
We hope you are happy with your purchase however if for any reason you want to return your item simply follow the easy steps below:
Returns/Exchanges can be made on full price items within 14 days of receipt, providing the items are returned in a totally un-used condition with all tags attached. Sale/Offer goods can only be EXCHANGED. No Refunds/Exchanges can be made on swimwear due to hygiene reasons. Returns outside of the 14 day deadline will NOT be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE - If you request to have a out of stock item ordered in for you then your order will be Exchange only, due to the product being made to order especially for you.
When trying goods on we recommend not wearing fake tan/makeup/deodorant or any jewellery that may mark/damage/snag the garments, as the goods will not be liable for a refund if they do not come back in a sellable condition. (Please note- All items are checked over by two members of staff before they are dispatched, any orders claimed at being damaged will be looked at carefully for tampering or damage to the garments)
To Return your goods please either use the 'contact' button on the website OR send a email to email@example.com to inform us of your return within 2 days of receiving your goods. We aim to reply to all customer enquires within 2 hours, however please wait up to 24 hours to receive a reply.
We will then provide you with a downloadable Returns form. Please ensure the returns form is included in all parcels when returning/exchanging your order.
To send your item back we advise you use a tracked delivery method as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post when returning your items. Providing you have returned your items following our company guidelines we will then provide you with a refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. We regret to inform that postage charges can not be refunded as these are direct costs to Royal Mail not Bandage Boutique.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size/different item, The postage cost to send the item back to us must be covered by the customer, however Bandage Boutique will cover the cost to send the new item out to you. If the item you would like to exchange for is less expensive we can provide you with either a credit note/refund for the difference. If the item you would like to exchange for is more expensive please contact us to arrange a payment for the price difference. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the returned goods if be believe have not been sent back in the correct way.
